Matt oversees the firm’s national delivery model and property management systems. He also leads the national hospitality and senior living teams that work closely with our local partners around the country.
As a proven leader in the property tax industry with over 13 years of experience, Kevin oversees the company’s market research and internal valuation systems for all property types with emphasis on senior living, complex mixed-use, retail, and hotels. He also leads the national appeals process, which reviews, manages, and collaborates with local partners reviews on appeals for properties across multiple states annually.
Kevin has extensive experience with property tax matters related to distressed assets and solving these unique issues for financial institutions. He has represented billions of dollars’ worth of properties in hearings throughout multiple states, and can be an invaluable resource for companies’ property tax needs.
After a 17-year career with Marriott International, Anna joined PTSI in 2007 to assist with the management of the national program. Throughout her career, Anna has been involved with all aspects of property tax matters, and currently manages the review of properties nationally focused on the hotel industry. Anna also manages the compliance segment of PTSI, and interacts with jurisdictions on all personal property filings and audits.
